How Do Air Fryers Work?

If you're still using a plain-old deep fryer my friend, you're doing wrong. In fact, what I'm about to tell you will blow your mind, if you haven't heard of a hot air fryer. This new unconventional method of frying is sweeping the nation and shocking everyone who has never heard of an oil-less air fryer.

Not only are air fryers more efficient, they're also healthier.  Many people though, still remain very curious about exactly how an air fryer works. But don't worry, I'll explain everything and you'll understand not only the mechanical aspects, but the hard work that was put in to create an appliance that is so beneficial to so many and unique to boot.

An air fryer actually functions through the rapid circulation of a mechanical fan that creates extremely hot air.  How hot?  The temperature can rise above 300° F, but of course that varies from machine to machine, and cooks food a lot quicker, cutting your cooking time in half as opposed to a traditional fryer.

A greaseless fryer cooks your food on all sides at the same time so you never have to worry about uneven heating or food being under cooked. Surprisingly, with as little as two tablespoons of olive oil, your food will be deliciously cooked crispy on the outside with the moistness intact on the inside. This effect is created because of the high-tech blade and the shape of the air fryer.  Definitely, a better way to fry your food while being able to eat your all your favorite foods all while keeping them healthier for you.

Since the amount of oil you will have to use is substantially decreased, you will be saving money!  It doesn't get much better than that!  Regular fryers use a mass amount of oil to cook your food while the air fryer uses barely any at all.  How does it work?  You simply "dribble" two tablespoons or less  of olive oil instead of the usual amounts required to fry in a traditional deep fryer and how you normally get your food to taste crispy.  Then, the mechanical blade or fans rapid rotation heats this oil up as it coats the food, without cutting out any flavor or juiciness. no food is left uncooked because the heat is evenly distributed, which is one of the main features.  This new technology is extremely convenient and will save you loads of time and money, unlike most deep fryers.

And for many time is everything and that's part of what makes these hot air cookers so interesting.  For others, taste is everything, so what not have the best of both worlds and try a hot air fryer for yourself?
